Today we had our House Cross Country race. Before the race Mr Prickett made a bet that his class would have more in the top ten than our class. He bet his lunch on it. I'm glad to report, out class gave it their all. Khody finished his 2 km under ten minutes! Mahina was our top girl.
Welcome! We are a wonderful class of Year 7 and Year 8 students in Kaikohe Christian School. We are thrilled to begin sharing our learning with our whanau and the wider community. Please feel free to leave comments on our blog posts

Te Reo Maori Trip 2020
Here are photos of the Year 7-10 field trip to the newly opened museum, Te Rau Aroha This trip was organised by Matua Te Rangi as he had been teaching history of the 28th Maori Battalion last term. The Price of Citizenship exhibition is a highly informative and sobering display. Many of the children have tupuna who payed the highest price in their quest to obtain freedom and equality.
